Summer Sessions
Beach volleyball fundamentals taught by local pros for kids 5-18.
Tots (ages 5-9):
(Session 1 Only! Limited spots available)
Volleyball fundamentals with a focus on FUN! Kids aged 5-9 will get 1:1 time with coaches to learn volleyball fundamentals while also having fun with non-volleyball activities (building sandcastles, musical cones, relay races, etc.). Pull up a lawn chair and enjoy watching your kids learn a new sport and get their energy out in the sunshine with their new friends/teammates.
High School (ages 14-18):
(Limited spots available)
Kids at this level should have played volleyball before and be ready to learn about the sport of beach volleyball! We will dive head first into beach volleyball basics (the difference between indoor/beach, how to play in the wind/elements, covering an entire court with 2 people, defensive/offensive strategy, etc). The ultimate goal at this level is to play 2vs2. At least 30 minutes per session will be devoted to play.

Location: Dovetail Recreation Area at 401 E Oakdale Blvd, Coralville, IA 52241
Session 1: Sundays—June 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th (Tots 3-3:45pm + High School 4-6pm)
Session 2: Sundays—July 13th, 20th, 27th & August 3rd (High School only 4-6pm)
Cost:
Tots: $85 (Session 1 Only!) Registration includes tank top!
Beginner/Intermediate: $125/Session or $225 for both sessions. Registration includes tank top!
